House Rules

Our Inn was built in 1873 and much of the structure and contents are original.

Please treat our sweet home with gentle care and respect…thank you for your cooperation…if you have questions or need anything, just ask!

• Only registered guests are permitted in bedrooms. Please ask if you wish to host more than a few outside visiting persons in the common areas.

• Please keep music, conversation & other sounds at low levels between 10pm & 10am.

• No illegal drugs and please use alcohol in moderation.

• Please use the recycle baskets and try to get two days use from towels for water conservation.

• Please ask for a tutorial when you wish to use the gas grills or the kitchen gas range.

• Please do not rearrange furniture or remove objects from rooms without prior permission.

• Sorry, no pets.

• No firearms and explosive devices or materials.

• NO open flames, candles, firepits, smoking, vaping of any kind anywhere (inside & outside) on the property - $250 fine & immediate expulsion for violation – NO 2nd chances.
