Reservation Requests
Our rooms are unique and can be configured in multiple ways. Therefore, we do not allow on-line reservations. We are happy to speak with you on the phone to match your needs to our accommodations. To ask questions and make reservations, please contact us at 1.508.693.5148 or use the form below.

Confirmations: We provide email confirmations for all reservations that document arrival & departure dates, room names, occupants per room, payment & refund terms, and any special arrangements.
Payments: Full payment usually is required upon booking. However, payment terms for larger reservations may be negotiated.
Refunds: Reservations for smaller reservations usually are refundable - less a 10 percent charge - if cancelled in writing via email at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival. However, refund terms for larger bookings may be negotiated. Reservations for certain high-demand times of the season are non-refundable.
Check-in is 3pm and checkout is 11am.
