Our grand cottage was built in 1873 and much of the structure and contents are original…please treat our sweet home with gentle care and respect…thank you for your cooperation…if you have questions or need anything, just ask!
Only current guests are permitted on the second floor.
Please ask if you wish to host more than a few visitors in the common areas.
Please keep music, conversation & other sounds at low levels early in the morning & late in the evening.
Please do not rearrange furniture or remove objects from rooms.
Please use the recycle baskets and try to get two days use from towels for water conservation purposes
The kitchen and dining room are open morning through evening. Guests are required to clean up after use.
Please ask for a tutorial when you wish to use the gas grills or the kitchen gas range.
Sorry, no pets.
Please use alcohol in moderation.
No illegal drugs.
No firearms and explosive devices or materials.
NO open flames, candles, firepits, smoking, vaping of any kind anywhere both inside & outside on the property…expulsion for violation…NO 2nd chances.
