Policies


Confirmations

We provide email confirmations documenting all reservations, including, but not limited to, arrival & departure dates, room names, occupants per room, payment & refund terms, house rules and any special arrangements. 


Payments

Full payment usually is required upon booking. However, payment terms for larger reservations may be negotiated.


Refunds

Reservations usually are refundable - less a 10 percent charge - if cancelled in writing via email at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival. Otherwise, they are non-refundable. However, refund terms for larger bookings may be negotiated.


Arrival & Departure

Check-in is 3pm & Check-out is 11am.


Kitchen & Dining Room

Open during breakfast hours. Other times by special arrangement.
